THE FIX (No Steam Connection error):
All you have to do is change your Steam nick to something with spaces in it. So if you were NullStrikes before, change it to NullStrikes PL and you won\'t get any errors. To change nick, open Steam.
Go to File > Settings > Friends tab > Nickname
